Since then, continuously pressed by the necessity to introduce new equipment, we have been making the history of manufacturing our won machine tools through repeated creative efforts and reached the present lineup of high-accuracy machine tools.

At present, in order to produce precision dies, we are improving the manufacturing function including NC that is possible of reproducing the master's accuracy of skilled technician, obtaining high reliability to Mitsui High-tec brand from not only domestic but also overseas customers.

At present, we have started Au, Ag and Ni surface preparation, entire Ag plating and palladium plating as well.

<Internal manufacture of etching equipment>

We introduced etching technology for leadframe production in order to answer the requests (lead time and initial cost) for customers' initial sample of leadframe, and succeeded in the internal manufacture of reel etching system enabling continuous etching.

We also established half etching technology in order to respond to the production of ultra-multi-pin frames such as that having 240 or more pins.

<Internal manufacture of composite material>

Composite material leadframe is an integrated frame made up of two kinds of materials: pad and lead having different thickness from each other.

We succeeded in the integration of pad and lead sections, not using any impurities such as bonding agent or adhesive tape but by our own "high-accuracy caulking technology" based on ultra-precision manufacturing technology.

Thanks to this technology, we can supply power package leadframes required high heat radiation at a low price.
