Normally we manufacture leadframes according to customers' own specifications and specialized dies and jigs are manufactured every time. This system brings forth a substantial burden on the customers at the time of manufacturing new products. To eliminate such a situation, we are offering "Open frame" standard leadframe production services, in which we prepare standard dies and jigs so that the customers may optionally use the leadframes produced.
<Conventional system>
Mitsui manufactures the dies of various specifications for various customers and produce various leadframes for various customers.
<Open frame system>
Mitsui produces leadframes using Mitsui's dies for open (non-proprietary) designs.
If the dies and jigs prepared by Mitsui can be used, leadframes can be manufactured at once and delivered in a short time.
