Mitsui MRL series which pursues improvement in the speed and automation

By removing the machining distortion of precision press parts and a material, Mitsui Precision Straightener can obtain a highly precise plane well. In press processing, since automation and improvement in the speed are demanded, reform of processed material has been a necessary condition.
Mitsui Precision Straightener with good operativity and high reform accuracy is useful to laborsaving of press work in order to develop remarkably the improvement in product accuracy, and the life of a precision tooling.

Highly precise reform can be performed after heat treatment with the reform roll which carried out precision grinding finish.
2)
It is automatic oil supply in a lubricous and intensive oil supply system.

 Use a good in-variable-speed motor and perform degree Press speed synchronized system by Loop control device.
Press sending speed is followed automatically. Moreover, high-speed (MAX.40m/min) material supply is also possible.

 Since smooth continuation operation was attained, material reform stabilized more can be performed.
