Improvement in die-manufacturing technology
Conventionally motor core dies, IC leadframe dies, mold dies and other punching dies have been manufactured in factories located on separate sites. Presently, by integrating those independent factories into one, we are endeavoring to improve comprehensive die-manufacturing technology. |

Improvement in the equipment utilization
Because the machines that were separated physically have been integrated, the working rate of production equipment has been improved and, furthermore, flexible line configuration makes it possible to cope with a sudden demand.
Improvement in manufacturing level
In the new factory, much more efforts are made than before for keeping constant temperature, constant humidity and cleanliness. For example, carbide material to be used for die tip changes its dimension by approximately 5µm per 1m if the temperature changes by 1ºC. It can be said that today's technology requires such accuracy.
