MAC system requires not only die but also MAC control panel and peripheral equipment such as a hydraulic cylinder. The MAC control panel and peripheral equipment are installed on the main body of a press and can be used for multiple tool and die sets.

	Adoption of lamination thickness control system
	This is a system to measure the thickness of a material sheet by sensor and, based on the measured data, control the thickness of the completed core.
	Thickness of material sheet is not uniform. Therefore, if producing a core only by counting the number of sheets to be laminated, the resultant core product may occasionally exceed the specified thickness.
	In order to prevent such error, lamination thickness control system is adopted, in which the thickness of a material sheet is measured, and the sheets are laminated based on the estimated thickness of core to be laminated.
