This is a system to award the employees who proposed and practiced a useful improvement relating to job such as work efficiency and clerical procedures by evaluating the economic effect, safety, idea, etc. Points are given to accepted proposals, and remuneration is awarded monthly and in half a term according to the points acquired. Moreover the employee who made the best proposal in a year is awarded by the president and granted money.
In addition, issues relating to a patent such as invention and devise are managed separately in accordance with our own rules and regulations.
