Overseas Training System
We furnish overseas training for young employees for the purpose of fostering the leading members and future managerial leaders in the overseas affiliated firms. The overseas training covers linguistic training abroad, reception of business school course and practical business training in the overseas affiliated firms for the period of about three years.
We recruit trainees from employees who wish to participate and select them by written examination, reporting and interview.
Reception of Trainees from Overseas Affiliated Firms
According to the policy to locate production site where products are consumed, we have been positively advancing overseas and, at present, we have 13 overseas affiliated firms.
We are offering a variety of training for the trainees of overseas affiliated firms for the purpose of improving their production technology. For example, at the time when an oversea affiliated firm starts up its factory operation, the new staffs of the factory employed at site are given training at the headquarters of Mitsui High-tec or they are sent to the existing factories for the specialized training given by veteran staffs there.
Language School
Though machine translation software has developed, the conversation is still the most major means of communication among people and, in this respect, the linguistic competency is indispensable for the global business. Our language school offers English conversation, Chinese conversation, lesson for TOEIC, etc.
